Ask: Ability to use menu with off hand between rounds.

Current: Can't use menu with off-hand

Background:

Sometimes teams aren't balanced and you try to switch teams between rounds but aren't fast enough to put marker away, run to the board, click teams, then click the opposing color before the inter-round timer starts.

Other possible solution: a menu on the arm or player UI (for example one that allows bidirectional mute / vote to kick features), that also contains team switch ability at either 1) next available opportunity (post point) or 2) only between points/end of round.
